SUBSTANCE: support ring of a heart valve prosthesis for implantation using surgical access, including an annular body equipped with anchor elements configured to move in the radial direction or deviate from this direction by an angle of not more than 45°. A heart valve prosthesis containing a support ring equipped with leaflets fixed in the lumen of the support ring. A heart valve replacement kit containing a heart valve prosthesis and a prosthetic delivery device for installation in cardiac tissue. A method of installing a support ring, including providing access to the installation site of the support ring, removing native valves or, if necessary, parts thereof, delivering the support ring, its positioning with anchor elements located in the radial direction relative to the support ring or with a deviation from this direction by an angle more than 45°, followed by fixation of the support ring in the tissues of the heart. A method of installing a prosthetic heart valve, including access to the installation site of the prosthetic heart valve, removal of native leaflets or, if necessary, parts thereof, delivery of the prosthetic heart valve, its positioning with anchor elements located in the radial direction relative to the support ring or with deviation from this direction at an angle of no more than 45°, followed by fixation of the heart valve prosthesis in the tissues of the heart.

EFFECT: creation of an implantable prosthetic heart valve and its support ring, which has a mechanism for convenient and reliable fixation in the tissues of the heart in the plane of the fibrous ring with the location of the fixing, anchor, elements in the radial direction relative to the support ring or with a deviation from this direction by an angle of not more than 45°.
