FIELD: surgical dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: intended for use in tooth-preserving operations. A diagnostic impression is taken from the jaw. A plaster cast is made and then transferred to a 3D digital model, or a 3D digital model is directly created using an intraoral scanner. They combine a DICOM file, which allows to visualize hard tissues and the relief of the mucosa with an STL file to visualize the surfaces of the teeth. The patient's jaw scans and CBCT scans are then loaded into 3shape software to produce a virtual image of the surgical area. From the library of implants loaded into the program, a dental implant with a diameter of 4-5 mm is virtually selected and installed perpendicular to the vestibular surface, capturing the apex of the tooth root. The planned template is printed using a 3D printer and after applying the template in the oral cavity, preparation is carried out using mucotomes with a diameter of 4-5 mm. Then a resection with a diameter of 4.5-5.5 mm is carried out, controlling the drilling depth with notches on the trephine, the drilled fragment is removed, and then antiseptic treatment, retrograde filling under X-ray control and suturing of the wound are carried out.

EFFECT: method allows to minimize the risks of damage to important anatomical formations and reduce the invasiveness of surgical intervention by eliminating the possibility of error when performing resection of the apexes of the teeth roots.
