SUBSTANCE: when creating an intracavity mode of spontaneous parametric scattering, which is carried out using an optical cavity consisting of two mirrors with a high reflectivity for signal photons and a high transmittance for idler and pump photons, two thermally stabilized nonlinear crystals are placed inside the cavity, the optical axes of which are perpendicular to each other, laser radiation with linear polarization at an angle of 45 degrees to both crystals further stabilizes the wavelength of the signal photon by regularly measuring the wavelength of the alignment laser radiation passing along the same optical path as the signal photon, and adjusting the cavity length in case of wavelength deviation alignment laser from a given wavelength of the signal photon.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of reflection and transmission, which leads to obtaining a given spectral width of photons.
