FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to nonlinear optics and quantum electronics. Method of stabilizing and rearranging wavelengths of single-photon states based on spontaneous parametric scattering is realized by a device consisting of optically coupled and series-arranged nonlinear optical elements placed simultaneously in a thermostating device and an external electric field source; systems of cut-off interference filters for cutting-off pumping radiation; device, which separates photon flow; dispersion element; counter of photons. Dispersion element or photon counter have the possibility of changing their position to adjust the location relative to each other so that the aperture of the photon counter captures radiation from the dispersion element at a given wavelength; device also includes a control unit, to which a thermostating device, an external electric field source and a photon counter are connected.

EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling broad (up to 100 nm) tuning of the wavelength of the source of single-photon states based on spontaneous parametric scattering of light.
