FIELD: engine technology.
SUBSTANCE: six-stroke rotary-blade internal combustion engine contains a stator (1) with inlet (2) and exhaust (3) windows, holes for ignition spark plugs (6) and working chambers for intake (4) and compression of the air mixture, alternating with working expansion chambers (5) and removal of combustion products. The combustion chambers are made in the form of hemispherical recesses (18) on the cylindrical surface of the rotor between its longitudinal grooves. The implementation of working chambers is disclosed. A cylindrical rotor with longitudinal grooves is attached to the shaft, in which blades are placed, the number of which is a multiple of the number of air-fuel mixture intake chambers. Each blade plate is made of two parts, moved apart in the axial direction by a spring. The volume of the compression chamber is 86-96% of the volume of the expansion chamber (5). The sealing unit is made in the form of contact plates (19, 20), which are sectors, pressed by springs (21) with their ends against adjacent blades, and with their side faces against the side walls of the working chambers. The contact plates are made of 40X steel, and the part of the stator (1) in direct contact with the plates is made of D16T aluminium alloy.
EFFECT: increase in the engine efficiency.
