FIELD: drying compressed gas.
SUBSTANCE: compressed gas dryer is described, comprising a high-pressure vessel containing a drying zone and a regeneration zone, a drum in a rotating symmetrical part containing a regenerated drying agent, driving means for rotating the above-mentioned drum so that the drying agent is sequentially moved through the drying zone and the regeneration zone, an inlet for supplying compressed air to be dried to the drying zone, an outlet for removing the dried compressed gas, and a first connecting line for removing a partial flow of the dried compressed gas and moving this partial flow to the regeneration zone. The first connecting line contains a heating device for heating the partial flow allocated for regeneration. The first connecting line and the heating device are located in the pressure vessel. A compressor unit containing a compressor and a dryer, and a method for drying compressed gas using a dryer are also described.
EFFECT: improved characteristics of the dried compressed gas, compactness of the device.
