SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates, in particular, to single-layer reinforced composite pipes made on the basis of vulcanized rubberized glass fabric intended for transporting gaseous substances in air distribution systems of aerospace equipment. The flexible pipe consists of a spiral (flexible) main part, including an inner shell made of various types of vulcanized rubberized fiberglass, a spiral made of silica-filled cord, a surrounding base composite material, a protective polymer shell of two cuffs made by contact moulding in place made of structural fiberglass impregnated with an elastic polymer, or from a rubber mixture, and intended for connecting the pipe in the working position at the site. The method of manufacturing a flexible pipe from polymer composite materials is achieved by increasing the quality of the product, its strength, flexibility, tightness, resistance to prolonged exposure to aggressive environments (ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, sulphur dioxide, hydrogen sulphide and ozone) and salt (sea) fog, as well as manufacturability and low cost.

EFFECT: improved performance characteristics, especially when operating the pipe at low temperatures, maintainability, ease of installation and operation.
