SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices in the form of flexible pipelines from polymer composite materials (PCM) intended for use in systems of aerospace engineering and other industries, for example, in air conditioning and ventilation systems and others. Flexible pipe from polymer composite material includes elastic shell made of material reinforced with one layer of glass fabric and reinforced by spiral of rigidity. Elastic shell is made of incombustible elastic material with angle of warp and weft threads to longitudinal axis of pipeline 45 ° ± 10°, at that, on top of the shell there is a rigidness spiral attached to the elastic adhesive, consisting of a cord with threads impregnated with a low-concentration thermosetting binder solution. Cord is dried to bond to shell, and binder after curing cord is cured at temperature from +50 °C to +140 °C, and on open sides of pipeline ends are glued on resilient gland resilient material.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of reliability and safety in cases of damage or failure of equipment, providing operation at maximum boundary of operating temperature range of not less than 300 °C and maximum boundary of working internal pressure range of not less than 50 KPa, also providing optimum flexibility and minimum hydraulic resistance at pipeline deformations.
