FIELD: storage products.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of protecting products from external influencing factors (EIF) leading to processes of corrosion, aging and biodamage (CAB), namely to methods of preserving products. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the method of preserving products for the period of their storage, transportation or inter-operational protection (STIP) uses a single-layer inhibited film made from a single-layer inhibited film regulated by existing state standards, or its equivalent, with at least one volatile inhibitor of atmospheric corrosion (VIAC) having a polymer matrix introduced, and not having a mandatory condition for placement of the material with a certain side to the product during conservation, a cover having a length, width and height 5-10% greater than the length, width and height of the preserved product, taking into account the minimum number of seams and their dimensions, in which it is placed, and the internal volume is evacuated until a pressure of 0.45-0.5 kgf/cm2 is reached inside the sealed space using a vacuum pump through at least one technological hole, followed by its sealing while the vacuum pump is running.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of increasing the efficiency of protecting products from external influencing factors leading to processes of corrosion, aging and biodamage during periods of short-term and long-term storage, transportation or inter-operational protection during conservation by means of single-layer inhibited films, into the polymer matrix of which at the manufacturing stage at least one volatile atmospheric corrosion inhibitor has been introduced, and which do not have a mandatory condition for the placement of the material with a certain side to the product during conservation.
