FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for connecting hoses to rigid elements (F16L 33/00). This goal is achieved in that the connection of a flexible hose with a rigid element contains a rigid element with a hole for the working medium, a flexible hose and a fitting, the fitting being made in form of a tube made of an inelastic material, for example, mild steel, the outer diameter of which is essentially equal to the inner hose diameter. This allows, when assembling the connection, a fitting put on the collet to be inserted inside the hose located inside the rigid element, and then to increase its diameter by moving the collet apart by pulling the cone inside the working part of the collet, while the inner diameter of the fitting becomes equal to the inner diameter of the hose, thereby fixing hose in a rigid element, without reducing the flow area of the hose, and the fitting has the ability to increase the diameter during assembly.
EFFECT: reduction of manufacturing costs while maintaining a maximum flow area equal to the flow area of the hose.
