SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for conduction analgesia/anesthesia during operations on the anterior surface of the neck. Anesthesia is performed under ultrasound control in the position of cervical extension with the head turned to the contralateral side from the place of manipulation. An ultrasonic linear sensor is placed in a horizontal plane, the location of the carotid artery, its bifurcation, m.sternocleidomastoideus, and the deep plate of the fascia propria of the neck are determined. Sequentially, on each side of the neck, 1 cm below the level of the bifurcation of the carotid artery at the outer edge of the m.sternocleidomastoideus, a needle is inserted and placed in the linear plane of the sensor. The end of the needle is visualized in the interfascial space under the m.sternocleidomastoideus in the middle of the distance between the carotid artery and the lateral edge of the m.sternocleidomastoideus. A mixture of 5.0 ml of 0.75% or 1% Ropivacaine and 1 ml of 10% Lidocaine with the addition of Adrenaline 1:1,000 is administered.

EFFECT: method allows to perform effective analgesia over the entire anterior surface of the neck, reducing the toxic effect of anesthetics and the risk of intravascular administration, blockade of the sympathetic trunk and vagus nerve, by choosing the most optimal site for drug administration, under ultrasound control.
