EFFECT: method enables to increase the analgesic effect in the intraoperative period when conducting regional anesthesia in hemi- or thyroidectomy, reduce the risk of intravascular anesthetic administration and additional blockade of branches of the sympathetic trunk, vagus, superior laryngeal and recurrent laryngeal nerves, reduce toxic effect of anesthetics.
