FIELD: oral care.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary, hygienic and preventive products for oral care and is intended for use during medical procedures associated with the breakdown of biofilm in the area of the interdental papilla. The method includes measuring the spaces between the teeth using a graduated probe, selecting dental brushes with dimensions corresponding to the interdental spaces, and cleaning the contact dental surfaces with the selected dental brushes. Based on the results of the anamnesis, an electronic diagram of the position and condition of the teeth of the patient’s upper jaw, an electronic diagram of the position and condition of the teeth of the patient’s lower jaw, and an electronic image of a set of dental brushes with colored shanks are created, placed between the diagrams of the position and condition of the teeth. The colors of the shanks of dental brushes are selected in accordance with the colors of the ranges of sizes of interdental spaces on a graduated probe. Images of the shanks are activated and placed opposite the interdental spaces on diagrams of the position and condition of the teeth of the upper and lower jaws in accordance with the sizes of the interdental spaces. A sequence is established for cleaning of contact dental surfaces with dental brushes with external diameters corresponding to the interdental spaces. Brushes with shanks are selected from a set, the color of which corresponds to the images of the shanks placed opposite the interdental spaces on the diagrams of the position and condition of the teeth of the upper and lower jaws in accordance with the sizes of the interdental spaces. The contact surfaces of the teeth with selected brushes are cleaned. Cleaning of contact dental surfaces begins with the extreme right interdental space on the upper jaw. The front gaps are now cleaned, moving to the leftmost gap. After moving to the lower jaw, the left outer interdental space and the front space are cleaned and cleaning is finished with the lower outer interdental space.
EFFECT: improved quality of oral hygiene, including dental hygiene, including crowded teeth, to effectively clean the supragingival proximal surfaces of hard-to-reach interdental spaces, to remove plaque formed under gums, as well as clean built-in structures such as braces, bridges, implants.
