SUBSTANCE: device for generating a quantum random sequence of bits consists of a source of light radiation in form of a laser with a plurality of coherent states reflected in the level of the electrical signal as a result of converting the output light radiation of the laser into it, and the working medium of the laser is configured with the function of converting the output light radiation of the laser into an electrical signal, and its pump terminals are the output of the converted electrical signal and are connected to the input of the analog-to-digital converter of the electrical signal, the converter of the digital signal into a random sequence, the input of which is connected to the output of the analog-to-digital converter of the electrical signal, and the output is connected to the network access channel, and the reflector in the area laser light output.

EFFECT: providing a high degree of security against physical unauthorized access due to the absence of an emitter-photodetector pair and an optical channel connecting them.
