FIELD: drilling and completion of wells.
SUBSTANCE: monitoring the condition of cement stone behind a casing, based on the principle of using pairs of source/receiver acoustic signal sensors. Additionally refers to the data transmission through the annular and intratube space of the well. A system is proposed that includes a data receiving unit located on the surface of the earth, connected by wire to a data transmission unit located in the well and connected wirelessly to at least one pair of source-receiver units of an acoustic signal, located respectively at the bottom and top of the outer surface of casing pipe. Moreover, a pair of source-receiver blocks of an acoustic signal includes at least one pair of devices for emitting and receiving an acoustic signal, each device of a pair of devices for emitting and receiving an acoustic signal is built into a centering element made of an upper cover, a housing and a lower cover-bushing.
EFFECT: ability to determine with high accuracy the condition of the cement stone and a large number of geometric parameters of the crack, namely azimuth, length, average opening width, height (opening interval) directly during the operation of the well, tracking the stress state of the cement ring over time, and monitoring dynamics of crack development.
