FIELD: mechanical control.
SUBSTANCE: forklift contains an anti-collision detection and control system. The system contains the first, the second and the third boundary definition blocks and a control block. The first one is placed on a rotating platform and is designed to obtain the boundary value between the platform and the obstacle. The second is on the chassis with the ability to obtain the boundary value between the chassis and the obstacle. The third is on the boom with the ability to obtain the boundary value between the boom and the obstacle. The control unit is electrically connected to the boundary detection units and is configured to select an operation control strategy comprising the first, the second and the third parallel control strategies. The first includes adjusting the rotation speed of the platform according to the limit value, the first and second predetermined distance value. The second is adjusting the speed of the loader, according to the limit value for the chassis, the third and fourth distance values. The third is the adjustment of the angular speed of lifting, the speed of extension and rotation of the boom, according to the limit value, the fifth and sixth distance value.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and accuracy of the loader operation.
