FIELD: excavation equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the scrapers with a telescopic bucket. The scraper includes a base machine and a frame of working equipment pivotally connected to it, containing a front section of the bucket with a front flap and telescopically installed in it and on the rear pneumatic axle, a rear section of the bucket with hydraulic cylinders for the extension drive and a rear sliding wall. The scraper also includes a control system, including a pressure sensor and a controlled hydraulic valve. The scraper is equipped with an additional pressure sensor, electromagnetic relays, speed sensors, a comparison element, amplifiers, a limit switch and light and sound signalling devices. The first pressure sensor is installed in the front part on the inner surface of the side wall of the rear section of the bucket. The first sensor is connected by an electrical line in series through the first amplifier, the contacts of the switch and the limit switch installed on the hydraulic cylinder of the drive of the rear section of the bucket with the coil of the first electromagnetic relay. The relay contacts are connected to the first light and sound signalling device and to the control coil of the hydraulic distributor of the hydraulic cylinders driving the rear section of the bucket. The second pressure sensor is installed in the front part inside the side wall of the front section of the bucket and is connected by an electrical line to the second light and sound signalling device. The actual and kinematic speed sensors are connected by electrical lines to a comparison element, which, through a second amplifier and a switch, is connected to the coil of the second electromagnetic relay, connected by its contacts to the hydraulic distributor coil of the bucket lift drive hydraulic cylinders.
EFFECT: simplified workflow management, increased productivity and reduced energy costs.
