SUBSTANCE: methods for monitoring data integrity in storage systems. The technical result is achieved by fragmenting the M data block into M(1), M(2), M(3) data blocks of a fixed length, each of which, in turn, is also fragmented into data blocks, to which the h hash function is applied to control integrity, and the hashing scheme is based on the rules for constructing Pascal’s triangle and is presented in the form of a triangular-shaped table, obtained for data blocks M (ϕ), the schemes for applying the h hash function are combined into a common scheme, which is intermediate and the M data block to be protected is designated as M(I), when constructing two other schemes according to the same rules for other M(II), M(III) data blocks and combining them in the order presented for the M data block, the resulting data integrity control scheme is a scheme based on the rules for constructing a cryptographic fractal.

EFFECT: ensuring data integrity control without introducing additional control information.
