FIELD: composite material.
SUBSTANCE: composite layered film material with high sensitivity to laser radiation, intended for recording alphanumeric and graphic information, capable of operation in the temperature range from -40 to 700°C. The material includes an adhesive layer, a colored substrate layer having one color, and a colored coating layer having a different color, while in the frame layer fiberglass fire-resistant paper and a white organosilicate composition “ОС-52-20” are used as a colored substrate layer of a different color uses the black organosilicate composition “ОС-52-20”, and the adhesive layer includes the “КОЗ-3” aluminosilicate adhesive system, sodium liquid glass and a toluene-based solvent. Due to the fact that the composition of the composite film material consists of fire-resistant, heat-resistant and laser-sensitive materials, the resulting composition is resistant to temperature influences up to +700°C inclusive, is capable of being processed by laser radiation, and maintains a constant high contrast of the resulting images. The adhesive heat-resistant properties of the composite film material make it possible to preserve markings on the surfaces of products made of various materials.
EFFECT: creation of a material with increased heat resistance and laser sensitivity.
