FIELD: navigation.

SUBSTANCE: method for generating messages in real time, notifying about the occurrence of navigation events, based on integrated heterogeneous data from the maritime industry and a real-time marine geoinformation integrating platform. The method contains: obtaining automatic identification system (AIS) data about targets, identifying targets based on data from radars, processing target data, and generating messages. Target data contains: target movement data, hydrometeorological data, radar data. For the selected targets, the following is carried out: decoding, conversion, enrichment, filtering of AIS data on targets. AIS data is enriched with vessel traffic data and one type of AIS data is enriched with another type of AIS data. Filtering of enriched and hydrometeorological data is based on rules for complex event processing. Based on filtered enriched and hydrometeorological data, message queues are generated in real time, centrally notifying about the occurrence of navigation events.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of vessel traffic control is achieved.
