SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in the prevention of peri-implantitis at the surgical stage of dental implantation of single dentition defects in the area of molars and premolars without the use of antibiotics. 10 days before surgery, professional oral hygiene is performed. Then, immediately after performing professional oral hygiene, Biorepair PERIBIOMA toothpaste containing probiotics Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus and Biorepair PERIBIOMA chewing gum are prescribed, while the toothpaste is used for daily brushing of teeth twice a day: in the morning after breakfast and in the evening before bedtime, and chewing gum is used after lunch once a day. After dental implantation surgery, during the first three days, the postoperative wound is treated by rinsing with a 0.12% solution of chlorhexidine digluconate three times a day after meals. After surgery, until the sutures are removed from the surgical wound, the patient is prescribed the use of toothpaste that does not contain probiotics for daily brushing of teeth twice a day: in the morning after breakfast and in the evening before bedtime; after removing the sutures from the surgical wound, the patient is prescribed toothpaste with Biorepair PERIBIOMA probiotics and chewing gum with Biorepair PERIBIOMA probiotics used until the end of the surgical stage of the dental implantation operation. Toothpaste is used for daily brushing of teeth twice a day: in the morning after breakfast and in the evening before bedtime, and chewing gum is used after lunch once a day.
EFFECT: due to the implementation of preventive actions immediately before the start of the operation and in the postoperative period and the possibility of the patient independently performing the method at home, the method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the prevention of peri-implantitis at the entire surgical stage of the operation without the use of antibiotics and reduce the influence of the subjective factor on the final result.
