FIELD: medicine; surgical dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in the treatment of complications of dental implantation. The treatment is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, the following is carried out: laser pigment-free photoablation including the use of a diode laser with a wavelength of 1,265 nm in a pulsed radiation mode with a pulse length of 50 ns and a pause length of 500 ns with a radiation power of 2 W to perform laser curettage of the peri-implant pocket with immersion of a light guide with a diameter of 400 μm into the surgical field in a circular motion at an average speed of 3–5 mm/s to perform deepithelialization and degranulation, followed by filling the peri-implant pocket with osteoplastic material based on β-tricalcium phosphate and prepared before the laser photoablation procedure of the patient’s PRP-blood. The peri-implant pocket is then closed with a dissolvable periodontal dressing. At the second stage, after 3 days, laser non-pigment phototherapy is carried out in a non-contact manner at a distance of 1–3 mm from the tissues by smoothly moving the light guide at an average speed of 1–2 mm/s for 3 minutes using laser pulsed radiation with a wavelength of 1,265 nm at an average radiation power 5.0 W and a pulse duration of 500 ns with a pause between pulses of 100 ns with the procedure repeated every 3 days, total 7 procedures until reaching the 21st day after surgery.
EFFECT: due to non-surgical tissue ablation and laser antiseptic treatment using laser photooxytherapy, the method allows to remove the pathological focus in the tissues surrounding the implant, as well as carry out complex therapy aimed at stimulating bone tissue regeneration.
