FIELD: heat recovery devices; white smoke reduction devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for exhaust gas heat recovery and white smoke reduction with a pre-cooler. A moisture absorption unit, which, by receiving the first exhaust gas containing high-temperature water vapor through the exhaust gas supply pipe, absorbs moisture and heat from the first exhaust gas through the water-absorbing liquid, discharges the second exhaust gas in a state in which the first exhaust gas is dried at a low temperature using the exhaust gas outlet pipe. In the storage unit, the water-absorbing liquid contacting with the first exhaust gas is discharged from the moisture absorption unit and stored. A pre-cooler is provided on the exhaust gas supply pipe to cool the heat of the first exhaust gas with fresh water supplied from outside. The heat exchange unit is a pipe for supplying water-absorbing liquid from the storage unit to the water-absorbing unit and a pipe for supplying cold water to the other side. Cold water absorbs the heat of the water absorber. A hot water discharge pipe is connected to the heat exchange unit to absorb heat and discharge the generated hot water. On one side of the regeneration unit, a water-absorbing liquid regeneration pipe is connected, into which the water-absorbing liquid flows from the accumulation unit, and on the other side, a steam pipe is connected through which high-temperature steam is supplied and heated by steam to produce water absorber, and which is connected to the separation outlet pipe through which the water-absorbing liquid and steam separated from the water-absorbing liquid are discharged. A separation outlet pipe is connected to the gas and liquid separation unit, and a steam exhaust pipe for releasing water vapor and a water-absorbing liquid recovery pipe for recovering moisture separated from water vapor are connected to the accumulation unit. The heat exchange unit includes a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, one side of the first heat exchanger is connected to a water-absorbing liquid supply pipe, and the other side is connected to a cold water supply pipe and a hot water exhaust pipe. One side of the second heat exchanger is connected to a hot water exhaust pipe, and the other side may be connected to a steam exhaust pipe of the gas-liquid separator. The inlet and outlet pipes of the incoming water precooler are connected to the precooler. A cold water supply pipe connected to the first heat exchanger is connected to a precooler supply pipe and a precooler discharge pipe.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat recovery.
