FIELD: waste disposal.
SUBSTANCE: method of waste processing, including feeding waste into a pyrolysis furnace, heating it, and supplying the resulting vapour-gas mixture for disintegration. The waste in the pyrolysis furnace is heated zonally. In this case, in the first zone the waste is heated to a temperature of 220°C - 420°C, in the subsequent zone the waste is heated to a temperature not exceeding 850°C, and in the last zone the waste is heated to a temperature not exceeding 1200°C, and the initial temperature in each subsequent zone is set not lower than the temperature of the previous one. During disintegration, the vapour-gas mixture is ionized, and ionized jets are fed towards each other. Disintegration is carried out at a temperature of 6,000°C - 9,000°C.
EFFECT: improved productivity of the waste processing method and the system for its implementation.
