FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes a chamber furnace, a combustion chamber with a hopper for waste loading and an outlet for ash removal, an afterburner chamber, two cyclone chambers which are located next to each other with stationary located in pyrolysis-gasification chambers, a flue gas cleaning system consisting of successively connected scrubber made in the form of Venturi tube, a receiving bath, a packed absorber, a separator and a smoke exhauster. Each cyclone chamber has tangential inlet of exhaust gases of the afterburning chamber uniformly streamlining the pyrolysis-gasification chambers, each of the two pyrolysis-gasification chambers has a loading chamber with a shut-off mechanism, a conical insert, and a process channel for feeding an oxidizing agent, a grate, a channel for discharging formed combustible gases, a common channel for ash discharge with auger conveyor and a hopper for ash. A gate system is provided for controlling the supply of combustible gas to the afterburner chamber or to the consumer in the exhaust duct of the combustible gases.
EFFECT: reduction of processing wastes generation in the form of ash and substantial reduction of harmful emissions into atmosphere, production of secondary product in form of combustible gas.
