FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: used in the formation of dumps from mineralized host rocks, which are characterized by the formation of a fine fraction enriched with a useful component during the process of blast loosening. The method for forming dumps with separation of the enriched fine fraction includes installing a dump former at the edge of the dump tier slope, unloading a dump truck into a load-carrying body, rotating the load-carrying body with moving the rock mass along a vibrating transport device with longitudinal rigid rods to separate the large-lump rock mass. The enriched fine fraction sifted through the screen slots is concentrated in the storage tank and is continuously transported via a flexible pipeline to the hopper through a manifold and a pipeline with a rotary pipe via a pneumatic system. To prevent the enriched fine fraction from pouring back through the screen slots when lifting the load-carrying body to the uppermost position, the internal intermediate wall is extended by means of hydraulic cylinders. The rock mass is unloaded from the load-carrying body down the slope of the dump tier. When the spreader is moved along the edge of the slope of the dump tier, the horizontal site is planned using the bulldozer blade of the spreader. When creating the invention, research was carried out using the resources of the Center for Collective Use of Scientific Equipment “Center for Processing and Storage of Scientific Data of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences,” financed by the Russian Federation through the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation under project No. 075-15-2021-663.
EFFECT: increasing the extraction of useful components from mineral raw materials, expanding the functionality of mining equipment, and increasing the efficiency of mining operations.
