FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electric machine contains a stator housing and a rotor bushing made of unlaminated ferromagnetic material, two or more laminated stator packages installed in the housing with axial gaps, in the grooves of which a multiphase p-pole winding, laminated rotor packages with p/2 teeth forming pairs with stator packages are installed. One or more field coils are fixed in the axial spaces between pairs of stator and rotor packages. Ferrite magnets with a coercive magnet force of at least 3 kOe are installed in the grooves of the rotor packages. The air gap between the rotor and stator is at least 10 times smaller than the radial width of the magnets. The angular size of the rotor package grooves at the air gap level is 63-70% of the rotor tooth division. The lengths of the rotor groove arcs at the gap level are more than one and a half air gaps, more than half the arc of the rotor tooth section. The angular dimensions of the arcs between the ferrite magnets and the teeth of the rotor packages at the gap level are 10-18% of the rotor tooth section.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the electric machine, increase in its efficiency, specific torque and power.
