SUBSTANCE: electric machine comprises a stator with a geared magnetic conductor made of magnetically soft material with N teeth and f-phase 2p-pole distributed winding, in which q=N/2pf, where q≥1 and is a rational number, f≥3. Rotor comprises toothed magnetic conductor made of magnetically soft material. Multi-pole magnetic system is made of magnetically solid material is fixed on the stator magnetic conductor and magnetized so that on each stator tooth there is the same even number of 2m alternating dissimilar poles. Number of rotor teeth R=Nm±p. Angular width of rotor tooth at section extending from gap in radial direction by distance equal to sum of thickness of magnetic system in radial direction and width of gap reaches 20 % and does not reach 30 % of tooth division of rotor. Sum of gap width and thickness of magnetic system in radial direction does not exceed 20 % of arc length corresponding to its tooth division, which faces rotor circle clearance, and angular size of spline of stator groove makes not more than 180°/Nm.
