FIELD: traffic lights.
SUBSTANCE: software and hardware traffic light complex. The complex contains: a road traffic light with a control module, additional road and pedestrian traffic lights, controlled modules, a twisted pair cable with an RS-485 signaling protocol, a central control point, a communication channel, a two-wire power supply line, sections with a countdown display, and a coordination element. The control module is connected to the central control facility via a communication channel. The traffic light and additional traffic lights contain a countdown display. Additional pedestrian traffic lights have a section with a countdown display. The road traffic light and additional traffic lights are coordinated with a two-wire power supply line. Additional pedestrian traffic lights are connected to a two-wire power line. The control module is connected in series with the controlled modules using a twisted pair cable.
EFFECT: creation of a software and hardware traffic light complex with increased functionality and reliability.
