FIELD: heat treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the heat treatment of products made of structural steels and can be used in the oil and gas producing industries of the national economy. The method of heat treatment of ring-type centralizers with a diameter of 100-500 mm from rolled sheets, made of structural steel “30ХГСА” with a wall thickness of 3-5 mm, includes heating the centralizer for hardening to a temperature of 880°C±10°C and with a holding time of 2 min 10 s using an inductive alternating electromagnetic current with a frequency of 4-20 kHz by a water-cooled inductor when rotating the centralizer at 10-20 rpm under the influence of a rotation drive and a movable support to support and compensate for the thermal elongation of the centralizer. Subsequent cooling in a tank of water in a vertical position to achieve metal hardness within HRC 45-52, and removal from the tank by means of a conveyor traction chain moving at a maximum speed of 0.05 m/s and tempering at 250°C±10°C.
EFFECT: increase in the physical and mechanical properties of the product and the accuracy of its geometric parameters with the elimination of warping.
