SUBSTANCE: method and device for controlling multi-carrier frequency power amplifier resources are disclosed, wherein: service data are first distributed to a primary carrier frequency board; if it is determined that service data are distributed to all channel resource blocks of the primary carrier frequency board, the rest of the service data are distributed to a secondary carrier frequency board according to a sequence of time slots, and if the service data are not completely distributed to the primary carrier frequency board, this step is skipped; after the service data are scheduled, an energy-saving mode may be started for the primary carrier frequency board in the time slot in which a carrier frequency can be turned off and for the secondary carrier frequency board.

EFFECT: high efficiency of energy-saving.
