FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of electrical engineering. An apparatus for providing a power output proportional to a source signal, including phase modulator controlling the first and second power drivers with carrier signals having relative phase difference and having a signal modulated thereon, and coupled to resonator circuit in order to control substantially zero-current zero-voltage switching element with output signal supplied to the respective the first and second transformers. Identical symmetrical secondary circuits based on transformers have the rectifier cascade coupled electrically to inductance coil in series with the first capacitor in order to form the first low-frequency filter, and high-speed semiconductor switch coupled to the unit between inductance coil and rectifier cascade represents ground fault path. The second inductance coil of the secondary circuit is highly coupled (≥0.99) to the first inductance coil, and output signal generated at the first and second output elements is insulated from bus bar voltage and balanced with bi-directional current.
EFFECT: improving efficiency.
