FIELD: cold rolling mill.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automatic control device for a five-stand continuous cold rolling mill. The device contains a unit located in each rolling stand for setting the rotation speed of the upper work roll and the lower work roll. In the block for setting the rotation speed of the upper working roll and the lower working roll for the third, fourth and fifth rolling stands, a block for forming the asymmetry of the rotation speed of the working rolls of the rolling stand, a rotation speed driver for the leading work roll, and a rotation speed driver for the driven work roll are installed. The first and second inputs of the block for forming the asymmetry of the rotation speed of the working rolls of the rolling stand are connected, respectively, to the first and second terminals at the input of the block for setting the rotation speed of the upper working roll and the lower working roll. The output of the block for generating asymmetry in the rotation speed of the working rolls of the rolling stand is connected to the first input of the second subtraction block. The output of the rotation speed regulator of the leading work roll is connected to the first input of the rotation speed driver of the leading work roll. The output of the driven work roll rotation speed regulator is connected to the first input of the driven work roll rotation speed driver. The second inputs of the specified rotation speed formers are connected to the fifth terminal at the input of the unit for setting the rotation speed of the upper work roll and the lower work roll. The first output of the rotation speed driver of the leading work roll and the second output of the rotation speed driver of the driven work roll are connected to the first output of the block for setting the rotation speed of the upper work roll and the lower work roll. The first output of the rotation speed driver of the driven work roll and the second output of the rotation speed driver of the leading work roll are connected to the second output of the unit for setting the rotation speed of the upper work roll and the lower work roll.
