FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in high-pressure liquid or steam lines to ensure equalization of liquid or gas pressure in pipelines. The safety valve contains a tee body with inlet and outlet channels, a glass with a hole, a lid, a shut-off element and a spring, the end of the tee is designed to be attached to the glass using a threaded connection, and the other end of the glass is connected by a threaded connection to the lid. The valve has a shut-off part in form of a body of rotation, with a conical contact surface and a cylindrical part, on the surface of which there are milled grooves, the profiles of which can have different shapes: rectangular or spherical. The location of the grooves can be either parallel to the axis of the body of rotation or deviated at an angle, depending on the required parameters. The locking part is sealed to the conical surface of the glass by a compression spring, the other end of which rests against a movable plate with the ability to adjust the movement with a screw located in the through threaded hole of the lid.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability and accuracy of the safety valve in various conditions.
