SUBSTANCE: invention provides a device for cooking food. The food preparation device contains a lid and a housing on which a lid is installed with the ability to open and close the housing. The housing contains a heating structure. The lid contains: a lid body having a ventilation duct; a baking unit located inside the lid body and containing a heat shield and a heating element located below the heat shield; an inner cover removably located below the baking unit and containing a ventilation unit extending in the direction of the cover body, with a sealing element located between the ventilation unit and the ventilation duct.
EFFECT: invention solves the problem of the strong temperature effect exerted on the lid body of a known cooking device.
