SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fibre-optic communication. Fibre optic connector plug comprises: optical fibre; tip attached to the front end of the optical fibre; main body having the shape of a sleeve and located along the periphery of the optical fibre; and a front protective sleeve fixed on one end of the main body and enclosing the tip. End face, which relates to the tip and which is located at a distance from the optical fibre, is the front end of the tip, and the end face which relates to the front protective sleeve and which is located at a distance from the main body, is the front end of the front protective sleeve. Front end of the tip is flush with the front end of the front protective sleeve, or in the axial direction the front end of the tip is located between the front end of the front protective sleeve and the rear end of the front protective sleeve, wherein rear end face of front protective sleeve is an end face that relates to front protective sleeve and faces the main body.
EFFECT: device provides miniaturization of the structure.
