SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a device for removing and fixing skate blades, which includes a blade holder attached to the sole of a shoe. In the lower part, the blade holder has a groove for inserting a skate blade, at one end of the groove there is a first stop for fixing the first hook of the skate blade, and at the other end of the groove, farthest from the first stop, there is a cavity for placing the second hook of the skate blade; a snap element is installed in the cavity, which moves in the cavity and locks the second hook of the skate blade, and a drive element, which is designed to drive the snap element in motion along the cavity. The invention reveals the following design: a folding handle of a lever clamp is provided in the holder of the skate blade, which drives a gear mounted on the drive shaft in the cavity. The gear, in turn, drives the rack on the guide element into longitudinal movement along the guide groove, resulting in a latch lock locking the blade hook or releasing it from the blade hook holding cavity, thus allowing easy removal of the blade from the skate.
