FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preheating of grease in condenser with following application of combined feed by grease layer in mixer, its granulation in cubing and pelleting machine, receiving of saturated steam in steam plant and its withdrawal from steam plant by two flows, with feeding of one of it into cubing and pelleting machine, withdrawal of generated condensate into condensate collector and its feeding into steam plant with formation of closed loop, measurement of initial combined feed consumption, fed to mixer, consumption and pressure of grease before nozzles, steam consumption at outlet from steam plant, steam consumption, fed to heat treatment of combined feed into cubing and pelleting machine and its pressure in cubing and pelleting machine, level of condensate and pressure of steam in steam plant with impact to steam plant productivity by means of alternation of electric heating element power. For preparation of combined feed it is used suspension, containing cells micro-weed Chlorella Vulgaris and growth medium, fed to streamline reactor with tubular nozzles in counterflow mode with mixture, consisting of air and carbonic acid. Working area of streamline reactor is evenly lightened by ultraviolet source and is implemented fermentation of micro-weed with continuous withdrawal of ready biomass into consumed tank under the mixture. For compensation of suspension heating during fermentation it is cooled. Cooling of suspension is implemented through the wall of tubular nozzles by water, cooled in evaporator of absorption installation. Finished biomass from consumed tank is fed into mixer, where there are simultaneously with suspension fed combined feed and grease. Received in mixer compound is fed to granulation into cubing and pelleting machine. It is measured consumption of initial suspension, consumption of mixture of air with carbonic acid, temperature and consumption of coolant at inlet into condenser, temperature and consumption of coolant at inlet into evaporator, temperature of cooling water at inlet and outlet from evaporator, its consumption in recirculation loop, fermentation temperature of micro- weed in streamline reactor, transmission density and consumption of finished biomass, consumption of finished combined feed at outlet from cubing and pelleting machine, pressure of grease before nozzles. It is regulated refrigerating capacity of absorptive refrigerating machine subject to consumption of initial suspension and steam consumption, fed into electric water heater. By consumption of finished biomass it is established grease consumption and its pressure before nozzles. It is specified current value of heat-transfer coefficient, it is installed specified fermentation temperature in streamline reactor, modifying heat-transfer coefficient. By transmission density of finished biomass at outlet from reactor it is established fermentation time by means of changing of consumption of initial suspension and finished biomass. It is specified current value of heat-transfer coefficient and stabilised grease temperature at outlet from condenser by action on refrigerating capacity of absorption refrigerating machine. By consumption of combined feed it is corrected consumption of finished biomass. It is installed driving power of cubing and pelleting machine by consumption of product from the mixer into cubing and pelleting machine. By consumption of product at outlet from mixer it is installed steam consumption in cubing and pelleting machine.
EFFECT: reduction of power inputs during the preparation process of finished products.
