SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for pumping fluid. The device is provided with a piston rod locking portion to lock the syringe piston rod after use and to prevent reuse of the syringe. A chamber is formed within the locking portion of the syringe plunger rod to receive the disk-shaped proximal end of the plunger rod after use of the syringe. The locking portion of the piston rod consists of at least one rigid locking device configured to firmly lock the axial position of the piston rod by accurately locking into the disc-shaped proximal end of the piston rod and retaining the disc-shaped proximal end of the piston rod within the chamber.

EFFECT: locking device provides the functions of a piston rod locking device to control the fact of use after administering a dose of the medicinal product by pressing the piston rod to prevent unintentional reuse of the syringe.
