SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sets of firefighter training clothing and can be used in specialized educational and training processes, where it is necessary to develop professionally important physical qualities. In a set of firefighter training clothing, containing a jacket, trousers or overalls, made from a package of materials, including top material, a heat-protective lining and an inner lining, the jacket is equipped with two patch chest pockets, two patch pockets on the back, located above the waist, one above the other, a patch pocket on each sleeve in the shoulder area and a patch pocket on each sleeve in the forearm area, trousers or overalls are equipped with a patch pocket on each trouser leg in the front in the hip area and a patch pocket on each trouser leg in the back in the shin area, and each of the above pockets is made with stitching and textile fastener, equipped with a flap with a fastener, additionally contains a kit including sets of weighting inserts for each of the above pockets. Weighting inserts are made in the form of hard rubber plates and/or in the form of bags divided into sections filled with sand. The set for one chest pocket includes at least two weight inserts with a total weight of 2 kg. The set for one pocket on the back includes at least two weight inserts with a total weight of 1.5 kg. The set for one sleeve pocket in the shoulder area includes at least two weight inserts with a total weight of 1 kg. The set for one pocket on the sleeve in the forearm area includes at least two weight inserts with a total weight of 0.5 kg. The set for one pocket on each leg in the front thigh area includes at least two weight inserts with a total weight of 1 kg. The set for one pocket on the back of each trouser leg in the shin area includes at least two weight inserts with a total weight of 1.5 kg.

EFFECT: expanding the functionality of firefighter combat clothing, creating additional physical activity, expanding the range of loads and is aimed at improving the physical fitness and endurance of firefighters and rescuers.
