SUBSTANCE: method comprises supplying gas to the inlet chamber of the expansion chamber from the source, locking the gas entering the expansion chamber, expanding the locked gas with lowering its temperature and pressure down to a level lower than the pressure of gas in the source, and removing gas from the expansion chamber when the volume of the expansion chamber reaches a maximum. The volume of the locked gas is further increased by means of the forced increase of the volume of the expansion chamber due to energy supplied to the expansion chamber. Upon the completion of the forced increase of the volume, the expansion chamber is allowed to be connected with the consumer. The mixture generated in the expansion chamber is supplied to the consumer.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities and enhanced efficiency.
