FIELD: carbonaceous waste rapid pyrolysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for rapid pyrolysis of carbonaceous waste. The pyrolysis reactor for processing raw materials includes a receiving area for feedstock, a working area for moving raw materials, a pyrolysis reactor heating zone, an unloading zone for solid pyrolysis products, a vapor-gas mixture re-pyrolysis zone, in which the vapor-gas mixture re-pyrolysis reactor is located, connected to the pyrolysis reactor cavity by means of gas duct of the gas-vapor mixture, made in the form of a collector communicating with the pipeline, located parallel to the working zone of the movement of raw materials. In the heating zone of the pyrolysis reactor, at a distance from the lower surface of the pyrolysis reactor, at least one inductance coil is installed, made in the form of an ellipse with a long axis located parallel to the longitudinal axis of the pyrolysis reactor, and with a short axis. In the zone of re-pyrolysis of the gas-vapor mixture, at a distance from the upper and/or lower surface of the collector and the pipeline connected with it, at least one inductor made in the form of an ellipse is installed.
EFFECT: ensuring a stable temperature regime along the entire length of the working area of the movement of raw materials, a stable temperature regime in the re-pyrolysis zone of the gas-vapor mixture, providing one stable temperature in the re-pyrolysis zone of the gas-vapor mixture and at the same time providing a completely different stable temperature in the re-pyrolysis zone of the gas-vapor mixture, different from temperature of the working zone of raw material movement.
