FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to orthopaedics and traumatology. A cannulated drill is used to form an implant aperture through the entire femoral neck and whirlbone. A ring-shaped lateral surface of the whirlbone is removed. A probe-pointed component of the prosthesis is inserted with a guide insert into a canal orifice in the neck, and a spherical component of the prosthesis is pinned on the whirlbone stump, and the guide insert is elongated and passes through the entire femoral neck to be reinforced. An external plate with monocortical screw holes is applied so that a block screw hole is matched with an opening of the femoral neck. After the block screw is inserted, it is screwed in a bore of the guide insert of the spherical component of the prosthesis head and tightened firmly. A diaphysial part of the plate is fixed to the bone with monocortical screws.
EFFECT: method provides functional recovery of the hip joint and prevents potential proximal femoral fractures in patients suffering osteoporosis.
