When the testosterone level in cats is established from 8 to 16 nmol/l, from 2.32 to 4.64 ng/ml, the time before the first attempt to mount is from 60 to 90 s, the number of attempts to mount is up to 2, the number of frictions is from 8 to 10, hug reflex up to 40 s, ejaculation reflex more than 3 s, total mating time from 120 to 180 s, cats are classified as having a calm sexual temperament. When the testosterone level in cats is established from 16 to 24 nmol/l, from 4.64 to 6.96 ng/ml, the time before the first attempt to mount is from 30 to 60 s, the number of attempts to mount is up to 2, the number of frictions is from 10 to 12, the hug reflex is more than 40 s, the ejaculation reflex is up to 3 s, the total mating time is from 120 to 180 s cats are classified as having lively sexual temperament. When the testosterone level in cats is more than 24 nmol/l, more than 6.96 ng/ml, the time before the first attempt to mount is up to 30 s, the number of attempts to mount is more than 2, the number of frictions is 12 or more, the hug reflex is more than 40 s, the reflex ejaculation is up to 3 s, total mating time is up to 120 s, cats are classified as having unrestrained sexual temperament, subject to an assessment of at least 5 coitus from each cat.
