FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to laboratory diagnostics. Disclosed is a method for diagnosing hormonal disorders in men, including hormonal examination for prolactin, oestradiol, testosterone, a free testosterone index and sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). Male ejaculate is analyzed by RT-PCR using an Androflor test. If observing in ejaculate male with hyperestradiolemia, hyperprolactinaemia or hypotestosteronemia of microorganism Lactobacillus spp. in titre 103 CFU/ml and more conclude a hormonal disorder in a male.
EFFECT: invention provides effective diagnosis of hormonal disorders in males.
