A method of non-injection administration of therapeutic and prophylactic drugs for fish farming characterized by the following: a means for delivering a drug substance of prolonged release is added to the feed, is characteristic of the drugs being mixed with the feed, while the drug carriers are “nanosponges”, which are pre-filled with antibiotics, for example, levofloxacin, and the acquired properties of slow dissolution in water ensure the delivery of the “nanosponge” with the antibiotic to the fish’s body with virtually no loss, it promotes complete consumption of the food with the “nanosponge” due to the elimination of the unpleasant taste and smell of the antibiotic, and the process of prolonged release of the antibiotic occurs in the digestive tract of the fish, which reduces wasteful losses of expensive antibiotics and ensures the continued use of water for fish farming purposes.

EFFECT: obtaining a method of non-injection administration of therapeutic and prophylactic drugs for fish farming.
