FIELD: musical instruments.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to Russian folk stringed musical instruments from the zither or lyre family, which is a resonator body with 5 to 20 strings stretched over it, and usually forming a diatonic scale. The gusli can be used as a musical instrument for beginning musicians, as well as a camping musical instrument. The gusli includes a body with an upper soundboard equipped with a resonator hole, with a number of differently tuned strings stretched on a tailpiece located on opposite sides of the body and pegs with rotating pins for changing the tuning of the strings, and the body is made of bent wood to form a large and small bend, and the end of the small bend is a tailpiece, the upper surface of the large bend serves as a nut, behind which there is a row of pegs, the top soundboard with a resonator hole is represented by the elongated end of the body extending from the large bend, and removable side elements of the body are installed on the sides of the body.

EFFECT: simplification of the device and its assembly.
