A linear magnetoelectric machine includes a stationary stator made in the form of a ferromagnetic cylinder, a movable armature made in the form of a multifaceted prism, on the faces of which permanent magnets are located. Inside the stationary stator there is one winding, which consists of two coils connected in series and counter. The length of each armature pole of the same name Lpole exceeds the length of the coil Lcoil by the length of the armature stroke Lt. This makes it possible to constructively eliminate the distance between unlike poles of the armature.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency and electromagnetic force, providing medium and high-pressure values in piston compressor stages.
