SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for extracting solid minerals from the bottom of reservoirs. The complex for extracting minerals from the bottom of a reservoir includes a mining vessel connected to an underwater mining unit using a flexible cable pipe for supplying refrigerant. The underwater production unit is a pipeline for supplying refrigerant and is made in an E-shape with hollow milling rippers perpendicularly located relative to its horizontal plane, secured by means of sealed rolling bearings and a rigid axis mounted on sealed thrust bearings. Milling rippers are equipped with perforated sharp tips. In the cavity of the rippers there are turbines mounted on axles with the possibility of transmitting rotation to the rippers. The production vessel is configured to supply refrigerant under pressure, control production and move the underwater unit. The transport vessel is configured to collect floating ground-ice bodies using a hydraulic excavator with a grab bucket.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of destruction and extraction of minerals from the bottom of the reservoir.
