FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and is intended for the extraction of non-coherent minerals from the bottom of the Arctic shelf. Complex for extraction of minerals from the bottom of the Arctic shelf comprises a production vessel configured to supply a cooling agent under pressure and to control production and movement of the underwater unit, connected by a flexible pipeline for supplying the cooling agent to the underwater production unit. Underwater production unit is a support structure with drilling augers fixed on it, which are equipped with holes for cooling agent supply and placed in a limiting dome. Screws are connected with tightly made electric motor and hydraulic drive installed on support structure. Limiting dome is made with possibility of heating and is fixed by its base on support structure. Production vessel is additionally equipped with a crane connected by a cable-rope with an underwater production unit and a lifting device with a grab bucket.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of extracting loose minerals from the bottom of the Arctic shelf through more efficient use of cooling agent and facilitating the drilling of augers from the formed soil-ice body.
